Celtic Dawn Trading - FZCO ships from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are committed to delivering your order safely and promptly. All orders are carefully packaged in our signature gift-ready packaging using eco-conscious materials to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition.
We currently deliver to all seven emirates within the UAE: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah. Delivery is available to residential addresses, offices, and PO boxes.
International shipping is not currently available. We are working to expand our delivery areas and will update this page when international shipping becomes available. If you are outside the UAE and would like to enquire about special arrangements, please contact us at hello@celticdawn.me.
Orders of AED 150 or above qualify for complimentary standard delivery within the UAE. Your progress towards the free delivery threshold is displayed in your shopping bag.
Business days are Sunday to Thursday. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or UAE public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of receiving your payment. During peak periods (holiday seasons, promotional events), processing may take up to 3 business days.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number and a summary of your purchase. This email confirms that we have received your order, but does not constitute acceptance (see our Terms & Conditions for details).
When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your delivery in real time. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
Our courier will attempt delivery to the address provided at checkout. If you are not available to receive the delivery, the courier will typically make up to 2 additional delivery attempts. After unsuccessful attempts, the package may be returned to us. Re-delivery charges may apply.
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate, including building name, apartment or villa number, area, and any special delivery instructions. Celtic Dawn is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incomplete or incorrect address information provided by you.
Cash on Delivery is available for orders within the UAE. Please have the exact amount ready in AED upon delivery. The courier will provide a receipt. COD orders that are refused upon delivery may be subject to a handling fee, and repeated refusals may result in the COD option being disabled for your account.
While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to courier capacity, weather conditions, or public holidays.
If your order has not arrived within 7 business days of the shipping confirmation date (for standard delivery within the UAE), please contact us at hello@celticdawn.me with your order number. We will investigate with the courier and work to resolve the issue promptly, including a replacement shipment or full refund if your package is confirmed lost.

Please do not send returns without first contacting us and receiving a return authorisation. Unauthorised returns may not be processed.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item (see Section 10 below). We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for return packages that are lost in transit.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Refunds are issued for the product price only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error (wrong item, defective product). If you received free delivery on your original order and the refund reduces your order total below the free delivery threshold, the standard shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.
In certain cases, partial refunds may be issued (e.g., if returned items show signs of use or are not in their original condition). We will notify you of the refund amount and the reason for any deduction.

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. You may be asked to return the damaged item at our expense, or in some cases we may ask you to dispose of it.
If you receive a product that is defective (e.g., unusual discolouration, contamination, or packaging failure not consistent with the handmade nature of the product), please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographs and a description. We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund.
If you receive an item that differs from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you and for the incorrect item to be returned at our expense.
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the product you would like instead.
If you received a Celtic Dawn product as a gift and would like to return it, the original purchaser must initiate the return. Refunds for gifted items are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
